Dunkin' - Muscatine

They never had the donuts I want, and they always gave me the wrong order.

Fast friendly service! Staff were working hard and were well unified, sending out fresh and tasty food. Had my usual everything bagel with cream cheese and a large caramel iced coffee. Dunkin coffee is so much nicer than other companies which always seemto have a sharp bitter edge where Dunkin doesn't. Seating area is a bit small and could use a coat of paint, but overall, nocomplaints.

I ordered a medium iced cake batter latte, but I was given a cinnamon latte instead. When I requested a receipt, they ignored me and just handed over my drinks.

I really appreciate the staff here; they're always friendly and welcoming. The only issue I have is that the coffee cups leak about 60% of the time, which often results in coffee spilling down my shirt.

I’m really disappointed with this place. They never have the basic donuts available, and it doesn't matter what time of day I visit—most of them are always out. The coffee drinks are also inconsistent. I've decided I won’t be returning; this was the final straw for me.
