Arab World - Muscat

Good rice and meat cooked with Arabian masala. Crowded with locals, it seems like favorite lunch destination for Omanies! Fresh chicken and mutton is my favorite.

•Excellent kunafa •Tasty tea •Very large portions •Hummus was decent •Local restaurant that is quite busy with locals so that’s always a good sign •The chicken was succulent and not dry and the rice was flavoursome. •First time having kunafa dessert and it was amazing, although the middle was cold whilst the edges were piping hot.

I visited this restaurant during my trip to muscat. I loved the pleasant ambiente. the employees are friendly and customer-oriented. taste is good. the amount is huge. it is difficult for a person to end eating. very economical. they have a large selection of Arabic cuisine. I would recommend this restaurant.

Delicious meat shuwa and mouthwater kunafa. well prepared.

The place could do with an upgrade however it is what it is. What I ate was delicious and on that I rated it a 4 for food . The fact that smoking inside is not allowed is a plus. The gentleman that assisted us was polite, helpful and was there in a flash when we required something.
