Bidrage med feedbackThe taste felt authentic and service was great. We tried Tonkatsu, Gyoza,Pork Beef Ramen, Beef Stir fried Noodles,Karage. We recommend going for authentic foods as Tonkatsu,Karage,Gyoza and Ramen were very good. They had a variety of sauces for each dish, special mention to wasabi soy sauce very fresh and fiery .
Japanese comfort food in Chennai. Ramen being my favourite i loved this one to bits! Gyo don and ebi tempura maki were perfect. it was a simple yet yummy homestyle dinner for 2.
Dahlia !! Oh dahlia ! If I could just write a song for you :D . Seriously guys, this place is one of the most underrated Japanese restaurants in Chennai city.<br/ The food is splendid and there is so much on the menu to choose from. The restaurant is managed by a 91 year old cutie who has selected the menu with a keen sense of taste.<br/ I am always satisfied after completing my meal here.<br/ Here are a list of dishes I love:<br/ 1. Soya ramen<br/ 2.miso ramen<br/ 3. Prawn set menu<br/ 4. Ton katsu set menu<br/ 5. Beef hamburger<br/ 6. Sushi-sashimi platter<br/ 7. Pork udon noodles<br/ <br/ I can't get Dahlia off my mind. Can't wait to return for more !<br/ <br/ Edit : I am back here guys, I tried soya miso ramen this time. It lacked a little bit of flavour in it. But the second dish, the sushi platter was out of this world !!
We had Chicken Ramen which was good when had with squid. Tofu teri yaki was good and tasted like chilli paneer but with Tofu. The prawn dumplings were too good. The best part about the restaurant is the authentic japanese style dining table that they have and the while japanese ambience will be loved by all the japanese culture lovers
Unassuming place with great Japanese food. If you come here around 7pm you'll find it hard to find a table they're all occupied by Chennai's expat Japanese crowd. One of the few places I've found chawanmunshi. Great tempura and set meals too. So so glad they reopened!!
