Ustria da Vin - Murschetg

A great setting of a menu with excellent meat: beef, lamb and wine. The meat is extremely delicate and well cooked with simple but again great tasting secondary dishes. The accompanying wine you can choose from a display of several hundred bottles, mostly Italian.

The food was (as always) excellent … a big bravo to the kitchen …. The beef and venison were grilled perfect … the polenta a dream The service unfortunately was lousy ….. i do not understand why the restaurants in the Rock village (priced at the upper level) are not willing to hire proper service personell !!!!

Upper segment for price but worth it. Food was excellent (we had fillet with polenta) and the service was too.

Really amazing the food as well as the waiters. And of course the wine selection is insane! (Don‘t listen to people coming here with kids a vinery is not a kids place or asking for meat to be well done...come on!

Most rude waiters you can imagine to come across in a restaurant!! When steak was requested to be well done, it came bleeding on a plate, came back from a a re-grill twice and a a waiter just dropped the plate on a table to say “we should be more specific how you want your meet cooked”. Manager isn’t present, so two waiting staff are dealing with senior level problems. Ridiculous!!
