Bidrage med feedbackSo; I stopped at Sheet in Murrysville to get a few sandwiches. My mom's was fine. She ordered an egg sandwich on a bagel; with a few toppings. I ordered the same; but on a pretzel bun and I wanted cheese. We paid for our order and WAITED. The store was slammed. One customer asked the worker what was taking so long; and was told that she was the only one making sandwiches. The clerk apologized and said that it was typically busy on weekends. Eventually; we got our order. We left. As I drove and ate my sandwich; I felt like something was off. So; I turned on the light. In; what I would guess was her rush to catch up on orders, she left me a little surprise, which I ended up eating. She forgot to take off the wrapper for the cheese.... It wasn't all that appetizing. The only real reason I give this low rating; is not; necessarily, for the service. She tried. And; eventually, her manager did help. I give the low rating for two reasons. 1. Because; you still need to still take the time to make sure that you're making the San who right. I mean; I ATE PAPER.... YUCK. 2. If you're that busy on the weekend; and know it, get some extra help; ahead of time. Jackie Stoklosa
They gave me burned hot dogs. I have e-mailed and never heard again. They apologized and sent me a Mro.
Check your order before you go. I waited 20 minutes for my ride thru order, just to be given the order of the person before me. They're tired of waiting and leaving before they even pay. I told the person in the pay window that and thought they would delete the order. Now I'm stuck with her $2 worth of food when I paid for food like $10.
Your employees working weekend nights in the kitchen deserve massive raises. I waited an hour to get cold food because it was too busy for the number of employees working. Post an estimated wait time for current orders so people know up front how long the expected wait time will be, staff better-be proactive if you know this is a consistent issue. Putting your employees in this environment is ridiculous and cruel. You are the business. Protect your employees or you won't have any. Save your bs auto-reply and just figure out a better system.
They like all Sheetz are now lying to there customers. The have prices marked on there shelves that on average are .30 less than what they are charging at the register. Not only is this illegal but it is also bad bissness. If you say something about it to the manager they just turn there back and walk away. I'm a card holding Sheetz freak. I go there every working day of the week. I will not be using this place anymore.
