Starbucks - Murrieta

I rated this restaurant four stars because I usually appreciate excellent customer service. However, today I encountered a problem with my drink order. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it's becoming quite frustrating! I ordered a London Fog but ended up with regular tea instead.

This Starbucks is conveniently situated off the 215 freeway at the Murrieta Hot Springs exit, within the Burlington shopping center. It features a drive-thru and plenty of parking spaces. Today, I tried the Pink Drink, which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher with a hint of Passion Fruit and creamy Coconut Milk—ideal for a warm day. The drink was really enjoyable; however, the customer service at this drive-thru left much to be desired. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and I had to ask for my total in order to make my payment, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

The restaurant was unkempt, and the female server at the window was impatient. Additionally, she got my order wrong.

This Starbucks really stands out! The service was friendly, and the drinks I ordered were simply flawless. They looked like they were taken straight from a Starbucks photoshoot and had an incredible taste. Every dollar spent was well worth it! Thank you!

I usually order a doppio with milk and syrups at other locations without any issues. However, I had a disappointing experience at this place this morning. First, they mistakenly gave me an iced version of my drink. I didn’t mind that too much, but when the barista remade it, I noticed she didn’t pump in each syrup I requested and only added one cooler shot to rush through it. They handed me a half-full cold shot, and since I was running late, I didn’t feel like arguing. What really disappointed me was that I had just told her I wanted a hot drink, yet she gave me a cold drink in a hot cup. It was just a frustrating experience overall.
