Starbucks - Murrieta

Ordered a Grande Cappuccino. The amount of liquid is where my thumb is. The rest is foam. I never ordered and thought I'd try. Is this what a grande really looks like? If so, I won't be ordering again. Disappointed: Flavor was alright. At least they were friendly.

Very friendly, came in for a pumpkin latte for my mom. The woman with red hair overheard me and made one, but I ordered a pumpkin latte w/ chi. It's not her fault I changed my order at the last minute. She made it with no problem. My mom (coffee lover) loved both of them. Great service and really great coffee by the beautiful lady with red hair. I tip my hat to you ladies. ?

They close the lobby 30 minutes before the posted closing time... so I thought that was company wide policy. They told me that a nearby Starbucks is maybe open 30 minutes more. Well I called and the other Starbucks actually honors the posted closing time and will close the lobby not one minute before the app says they close. So I guess this location is just lazy or short staffed consistently. Stores should close when they say they do. And not mislead clients to show up only to find out they are closing early.

They get my drinks wrong a lot and it's not that complicated lol. I miss the previous Baristas ? now you have a bunch of chatty teens that barely pays attention serving the place ?

It's hit and miss at this location. Every other visit I get beverages that taste bad. Usually it's when I am in a rush and cannot go back to get it fixed. This store is usually sold out of whatever promotional items are being advertised which is frustrating. When I have asked for something similar to be made I get charged multiple additional charges. The cost ends up being more than the advertised item.
