Carl's Jr. - Murrieta

I was welcomed at the entrance by a polite gentleman who took my order and even helped us with a couple of chocolate chip cookies for dessert! The restaurant seemed a bit slow when we visited in the early afternoon. However, the food was good and reasonably priced, and the service was great. The floors and tables were very clean.

I am impressed with the manager who works all positions at this restaurant. I am looking forward to seeing him at the drive-thru window as he is very nice and courteous. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a play area that my granddaughter loves.

The staff at the restaurant were doing an excellent job on Christmas day, despite the large crowd. A big shout out to them for providing great customer service throughout.

I tried this Carl Jr. 's located on California Oaks Rd. Murrieta. On the Carl 's Jr. App you can get a free Western bacon cheeseburger with any purchase. I went inside to pick up the order, and no one at the front counter to help me. I saw 3 workers in the kitchen and 1 at the drive-thru. I waited for about 5 to 8 minutes before I was helped. There was no apology, just my food given and soda. It seemed like the drive-thru was their priority. I overall give this place 3 stars. The burger tasted good ?.

I've tried this place 3 times. Each time, the good has been extremely subpar.
