Tropical Smoothie Cafe - MURRELLS INLET

I really tried to give this place opportunities. Time in the drive Tru is crazy! I saw people go and don't eat there. Please, whatever you do from your car and order inside.

I'm not the one who comes here complaining, but something has to happen in this place. I come in twice a week and something is always wrong. The employees are all KIDS and they are definitely overworked. Every time I come in, there's never a manager, everyone looks miserable, and none of the kids looks like they enjoy being there. I understand it's a job, but with the amount of work that these children do, it must be a kind of management or supervision. You're going to run the store I'm going to give them credit. It blows my mind how much responsibility these children have, especially considering how chaotic the lines are. I appreciate the trouble they're putting in, but orders are pretty often grounded. I went a few days ago and waited half an hour to tell me they were out of ice? Everything about this place just cried unorganized. I really think this place will go down.

I really love this place, but the employees can't seem to keep up. There are ALWAYS waiting, online orders seem to be priority over the store or drive thru... and the last 3 visits something is always wrong. For the amount of money every visit cost, this is unacceptable!!!

Always a five star, no matter what I order. The healthiest drink is the detox island green smoothie.

Had a great experience at the Murrell's Inlet location today. In the past the wait time was a little frustrating but the customer service has always been great. Today Jaime Lyn was absolutely wonderful. All smiles and very friendly. I received my order in a timely manner as well.
