Papa John's Pizza - MURRELLS INLET

Don't order the wings. They're not crispy or sauces. All buffalo sauce was in the bottom of the box. Then they were fat. When he called the store, the manger acted as if it didn't matter to him and offered several excuses why it was okay. It won't go back.

Team members in the restaurant and delivery are super! Pizza, breadsticks and wings are good and consistent. The bad part is when phoning in the order. It?s very apparent that the ?order takers? are not in the store and that they are at a call center somewhere other than the area. One gentleman (that?s my southern politeness-bless his heart... tries to get through the process so fast that he doesn?t hear what you are saying, so when you go to correct him (address in specific he interrupts by going to the next ?section? of the questions process. After the third correction and my trying to get him to stop talking so that I could make the correction again, he hangs up on me! BTW, this is the third call in order we have made and 2 of 3 ended in him hanging up. Finally getting a different person, I made reference to the fact I am from the south so could he please slow down his speech as I could not understand what he was saying. Of course he didn?t. Hung up so fast and didn?t ask if I wanted to put a tip on the card. Sorry if I am wrong with the call center. If I am not wrong, please opt out of the service! wdb

Busy place. Fast with pizza but customer service suffers with their speed. I saw one customer upset that using rewards didn't save her anything over walk in specials. Check in person or phone for better deals than listed online.

The online order was easy. The service and delivery were great.

I love Papajohns and we normally order Puzza every Friday, I have found that I love the Jalapeno Paprika, well last night we ordered pizza and I have some Jalapeno Paprika. There was varly any cheese, I ate bread and jalapenos. I usually get an order of only Jalapeno Poppers from Papa John's in myrtle beach at least once a week for lunch. They're full of cheese and jalapenos. I could just plan pizza at this point because the last 3 times I ordered in these places, there is varly anycheese, very disappointing.
