"The staff were very welcoming, which was a nice touch. However, the cooking oil seemed old, as evidenced by the dark batter. When we received the fish, it was incredibly tender, but it arrived just 5 minutes after we got home. The food was wrapped in aluminum foil, which was unlike anything I've experienced before. It had holes punctured in the paper and was sealed with adhesive tape, which seemed a bit off. As a professional cook, I tend to be particular about these things. Overall, it wasn't bad, and I would consider going back. I’ve had better fish and chips, though; everything ended up being a bit soggy."
The chips were good, but I wouldn't recommend getting a yiros from here! It was the worst I've ever had. It wasn't even served in a proper pita; instead, it was in a soggy tortilla and was quite cold.
So dissatisfied, chips taste as if they were bagged in front of the hand and then dipped in salt. gravy was in order and the hygiene I'm sorry, but was far downhill. the place was dead, I gather from a ground. all four family members felt sick after having eaten hardly 20% of the meal. would not recommend.
A phone order of two pieces of fish chips for pick up. How hard can that be? Cost $14 only to find when we got home NO FISH On ringing the shop the hap hazard reply you can come back and get the fish was not an apology nor was a refund given. To top it off when we got home (4 mins) the chips were so so, tasteless and cold We wont be going back
