The front reception typically informs you of your expected wait time. They have a system where you can provide your name and phone number to receive a text message when your table is ready. I recommend looking over the menu while you wait so you can place your order as soon as you’re seated. The staff is usually very helpful and can provide great recommendations for drinks and food. Our family loves dining here! There's something for everyone, and the appetizers are delicious—well-prepared and beautifully presented. Do keep in mind that parking can be challenging to find in the evening, and it's wise to plan for at least an hour of wait time during dinner.

It was quite busy, so we had to wait a bit, but it was definitely worth it. We always make sure to stop at the Cheesecake Factory whenever we’re nearby, and, as usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I ordered the farfalle pasta with chicken, while my wife had the shrimp scampi. Both dishes were excellent. Our waitress did a wonderful job, even handling multiple tables, including one with a large group. We also got some cheesecake to go, and it was, as always, outstanding.

I went to celebrate my father and brother's birthday, and we had a fantastic time! The service was excellent, and everyone loved their meals. A helpful tip: the restaurant opens at 11, and if you'd like to avoid a wait, try to arrive early and be ready to line up. By 11, the queue wraps around the building, so getting there around 10:30 or 10:40 a.m. is a great strategy to secure a spot and sit down right away.

I made reservations for lunch and I was expecting to sit earlier. Service was excellent! I ordered the New York Steak medium well, taste was Blande, maische potatoes was good. We also ordered the nachos, Korean fried cauliflowers, both were really good. We also had the salmon and it was delicious. Overall, a good experience and food was decently different from the New York steak. Carrot cake is by the way the best!

Delicious, fresh, and fast! Once we were seated the food arrived quickly. I can highly recommend the Thai lettuce wraps with chicken and the bang bang chicken and shrimp. I also can highly recommend the herb crusted salmon. The Lemon raspberry and Mango key lime cheesecake are also to die for. Very very good. I will be back soon
