My daughter-in-law found a hair in her ice cream while she was eating it. I asked the staff if they wear hairnets, but they said it was not part of their dress code. I think it's important for employees who handle food to wear hairnets, especially when customers are paying almost $45 for ice cream. I would like to request that the corporate office require their employees to wear hairnets to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Went there last week and ordered two different flavors with one mix in. She asked if I wanted them side by side or all mixed together. I told her I would like them side by side in the dish. She let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes so obviously. I didn’t want her to feel any more put out than she was, so I just said “okay, I will just have the one flavor then with the mix in.” She didn’t even argue or apologize and scooped the one flavor with the mix in. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.

So gross do not go went in there to get a ice cream cake today and seen a cockroach come out from under the register I told the cashier and she said we jus got this place sprayed also she grabbed a ice cream cup and put it over the cockroach so

This was so, so BAD! ? The worker took forever to make my ice cream, by the time I got in my car it already melted! She made a complete mess and didn't even think about handing me a napkin, I had to ASK for one. If I see her again I will report her.
