Club 48 - Murray

Normally good service but today we waited 7 to 8 minutes at the counter and were barely acknowledged and never had our order taken. We just left. Not sure if I'll return any time soon...

This is a fantastic dive bar! The drinks are great, and the food is delicious—Sandy really knows how to cook up some excellent meals. The bar staff is wonderful and does a fantastic job of keeping everything well-managed and the atmosphere lively.

This bar has a nice vibe, attracting an older, blue-collar crowd. I had the steak dinner, which was only $10 and included a decent sirloin, a baked potato, and a salad with bread. Honestly, I don't think I could buy the ingredients for that price at the store, so well done on that! The only downside is that there is just one server for the entire place, which means it takes a long time to get your order and food—I waited an hour and a half. I have a feeling this might be intentional to encourage customers to order more drinks.

It's a fantastic spot to enjoy an inexpensive beer! The food is quite good too.
