Murom is lacking in options for clearly labeled vegan food, but imperia is the most popular café and club in the city, attracting a diverse crowd from young people to families. Despite its popularity, imperia offers a range of vegan options on their menu, including sweet pizza, various salads, potato dishes, and gurkenrolles. Their bulgur salad with vegetables and fried potatoes is a complete and delicious vegan meal. I recently dined there and tried their bulgur with sweet and fried potatoes, which was quite generous in portion size.
