Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Thanks for giving me the last 3 cold fries and last crumbs left of chicken that you had. I’m sure that you only meant to make me watch my figure and completely had my best interest at mind. I know I over paid but that’s ok because I want you to be profitable and not have any waste. Clearly the business model of not making anything fresh works.This would be really good if I was starving!My fault I’ll check my order before pulling off if I ever come back.

Zaxby's chicken is just not appealing to my taste buds. It isn't bad, but not to my liking. The place is clean and the service is pretty good. If I needed a quick meal and they were the only place I would go there.Food: 3/5

The lack of attention to detail nasty. I’d like to know what makes a chicken tender taste rubbery? My order was incorrectly taken. I regret the visit. This is one hell of a nasty restaurant. Uncooked Chicken is dangerous.

Horrible location to get in and out of. Very dangerous!! Waited inside to order for 35 min. There was one register open in the lobby a d one guy running the lobby all alone. The soda machine was put of many flavors and it would interrupt the lobby flow when someone who had already ordered had to ask the lobby guy to stop and go to the back to pour them a drink. About 20 min into my wait (still in line to order), another associate came up front with a till and opened the other drawer to help. The soda machine was able to be changed at this time. It was a busy rainy Saturday and the restaurant was extremely busy. Cudos to the staff for doing their best to keep up. I was overall dissatisfied with my experience and will use the old fort location the future. The bathrooms were in a horrible condition as well.

Just came from there, the service was horrible!!! I order my food inside planning on eating my supper there! I wanted hot food not Luke warm food! The girl that took my order doesn't even need to be working there , I guess she is just there to chat with her friends and not worry about getting food out to the customers! I think very important to a customer that there food is given in a timely manner! I was looking forward to a great meal there !! But at this time I don't know when I will go back to this restaurant! This Zaxbys needs to clean there act up! I returned the food and ask for a refund, and cannot remember when I have ever done that before! When you work hard for your money every week! I don't want to waste my time nor money on bad service and bad food! I hate writing reviews like this but I think it needs to be said and seen! It's just like No one cared there ,so sad!
