Oishiya Hibachi Sushi - Murfreesboro

We were seated right away on a moderately busy evening. Both the host and our server were very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic! I ordered a sashimi plate, and everything was fresh and delicious! My husband tried several rolls, which he also enjoyed. We didn’t stay for dessert, but the check was brought to us promptly when we requested it. This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service timing, and serves mouthwatering sushi. I definitely recommend it for a date night! I only deducted a star for the atmosphere because they had Christmas-themed Sesame Street decorations on the bar. I do love both Christmas and Sesame Street, though!

This is definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants in town. The staff is always incredibly kind, and the food is outstanding. My favorite dish is the sunset roll—it's always made with the freshest fish. If you order a bento, make sure you're really hungry; it's enough for two people! They also have a delightful apple sake that I highly recommend. If you enjoy squid, the grilled squid is a must-try—it's tender and perfectly seasoned.

Sushi was wonderful. The place is small but well worth the wait for seating. The only thing is the chairs were worn and the bar was junky. Other than those super simple things the food was absolutely delicious and management was super friendly and informative.Food: 5/5

My family had dinner here tonight. It was our first time here. It was Amazing! My husband had the steak/shrimp hibachi, our son had Udon noodles, and I had some Alaska rolls. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. The sushi was so delicious. The salmon was so fresh. It melted just like butter! This is now our Favorite place. Our waitress was also so incredibly sweet! We will definitely be making this our Sushi spot. Nothing compares to Oishiya hibachi and sushi!! We Love them! Forever our place now!!
