Mexiven - Murfreesboro

Mexiven is the best Mexican food in town, and the people who run that place are wonderful. I absolutely love the lengua tacos

The Chimichanga Plate was well seasoned and worth the price. Love that the rice and beans werent just an afterthought. Id order again just based on that. But it needed some type of salsa, pico, something with acid to cut through The 2 cups of red sauce were liquid, flavorless heat. Nothing bright. I gave a 3* because the description said topped with cheese tip which I asked them to remove and they did, but it had a ton of cheese inside which was not listed in the description. Please just let people know what exactly theyre getting so they arent caught by surprise because not everyone wants cheese on top of cheese in everything
