Jimmy John's - Murfreesboro

They usually forget my Mayo packets that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars but I wanted to leave Savannah a good review because she was very pleasant on the phone. Which was a nice change from what I’m used to placing delivery orders with most places. She was very upbeat patient and nice!!

Jimmy John’s is one of the VERY few food places that provide fast yet accurate orders. Today, the unusual happened- JJ’s gave me something I did not order. When I took the sandwich back, they asked no questions, but simply made me a brand new sandwich. They apologized and thanked me for letting them make it right. Wow!

Excelents sandwiches. especially the Beefy black and bleu roast beef with blue cheese crumbles).

My husband and I are staying at a nearby hotel and have been on the road all day. We called Jimmy John's to get some dinner and both the person who took the order as well as the delivery driver were just as sweet as could be. Also, the food got here fast and is delicious. Makes a difference after a long day.
