We stopped while traveling. Restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly.

Firehouse Subs is one of the few sandwich shops that offers gluten-free bread. Unfortunately, during our road trip, we were let down when we learned that they couldn't provide gluten-free bread "at this moment." This happened around 12:50 p.m. on a Sunday. It’s worth considering how you accommodate individuals with dietary restrictions; our dining choices are already limited, especially while traveling. For your information, we are gluten-free due to a genetic condition. Thank you for your treatment in this situation.

They claim to offer gluten-free bread, but unfortunately, that’s not the case! There are no gluten-free options available at all.

I went there for dinner and had a great experience with our server, Emily. She recommended three different subs, and I chose one that was excellent. She also suggested some cookies, which I decided to try. I will definitely be back!

All good, would just like to see more emphasis put on employee tip jar. I am retired and appreciate all firefighters, but the people behind the counter need more management recognition. (no, I know no one who works here)...great food, great service, reward your employees please......
