Bidrage med feedbackGreat food and great service!! My fave ramen place so far :)
I haven't read the reviews of other people when i tried yushoken. So without any influence of other reviewers, i can easily say this became my fave ramen place with just one scoop. the flavors are so good, i still kept dreaming about their ramen days after i've eaten here. definitely a must try ramen for you.
This is the best ramen in Manila by far. The broth of their shoyu ramen is just right in its thickness and very tasty - not salty but fully flavored. The noodles are "home made" but with Japanese ingredients. You will not the difference once you taste it. Then you have other ingrediennts with the melt in your mouth chasu. Their shoyu ramen just takes you to a whole new experience of eating ramen. Add their tamago and boom! For starters, I would recommend their gyoza - juicy and their karage. They also serve Japanese beer and sake. Lines are long so go early or after peak hours. Wait ranges from 15 to 45 minutes.
Check out their Shoyu Tonkotsu and Hiyashi Chuka (cold ramen)- yum! And their miso was good too. Worth the trip if you're not from the southern part of Metro Manila.
If you love ramen, this is worth the visit. I have tried both the miso and shoyu. While both taste good, I prefer the shoyu more. I just wish that they had more than 1 chasu strip. The chasu they serve is very tasty and tender. They also provide quality chopsticks. It gets very full at night and there is quite a wait. Go early or really late.
