It saddens me to say that though service was awesome, the food was subpar! Not only were my tamales dry, but the flavor was not good. There is far too much competition in the area to settle for this food option.

Always a genuine 5 srar experience. Staff that gas been there for over 25 years and consistently delicious food

No complaints, good authentic Mexican cuisine that hasn't disappointed me. I'm not big fan of the salsa but pico makes up for it.

I worked here as a bus boy, I really hated closing because we would need to clean the walls in the back, all the floors, pretty much everything. The whole kitchen needed to be cleaned, as if it was a huge dish. I say this of course because it is very clean. Salt, sugar hot sauce bottle shakers were emptied every night. I really don't appreciate going to any kind of restaurant and the condiments bottles are sticky from days before, this place never had that issue. The food is very good too, not your typical Mexican spot but very good. I remember people standing in line for up to an hour just to be seated, keep in mind the front area or lobby if you want to call it that it is very tiny and people would stand in all types of weather. I'm talking about whole families, parents, kids and even grandparents. As a kid, I would walk past the restaurant and see all the people, I never understood why they would stand in line all that time, but once I had a taste I understood why.
