We have been here several times and food and service have always been great. However, yesterday we did a pick up order and absolutely everything was terrible. Our rainbow roll came with plastic on the inside, and my miso ramen came without the toppings including the pork belly I called the restaurant and they credited me the rainbow roll. However, I feel that for restaurant this is some thing that should not happen. We drove there, drove back home and was completely disappointed.
