I've known this place since its opening. Over the years I have seen it grow, mature, not only in the culinary offer, but also in the infrastructure. In fact, the choice of soundproofing (smorzing) and the elimination of televisions, together with other aesthetic interventions gave the local a touch of greater style and refinement. Same evolution also in the menu. Surely more refined but at the same time able to preserve that comfortable characteristic homemade that always characterizes it. In the post-lockdown, then, the new quality leap: bisteccheria. A real surprise: immediately meat of excellent quality, perfectly smooth, well cooked, but above all very well served. Basic features for which it normally takes time. It will improve again when the grid will be, as announced, fuzzed by real wood burning. In the meantime, the product is of high quality, and rather honest prices. Personally, that I am a cultivator of raw meat, always critical and distrustful, difficult to satisfy, despite the simplicity of my demands, I must recognize that I have no difficulty in choosing to repeat the sublime experience of grilled meat. I can't wait. I'm just waiting for it to get less hot. The room is air-conditioned, but I like to eat it with the right climate......... Only small critical note: the wine card is appreciable, much less so is that of beers. In my opinion, a local of the genus, able to serve pizzas and dishes of absolute rosticceria should offer a wider variety of beers. Last thing: it would be comforting to know that the case accepts all kinds of credit card. One thing is certain: This place is constantly growing. Constantly looking to improve performance and service. If not better yet, and we will still reserve pleasant surprises...
