Excelente. Una gran sorpresa tener esta opción Gourmet en San Martín de los Andes. Platos sutiles y sabores muy bien combinados. Igual y hasta mejor que los restaurantes de "pasos" de Buenos Aires. Atención, calidad y productos excelentes.

Los platos muy buenos y los postres mejores. el servicio muy bueno, por lo que lo recomiendo. no tan caro.

Comida sofisticada, mas feita com produtos locais frescos e saborosos. gostei muito, fiz um degustação de 11 pratos pequenos, tudo excelente! poucas mesas, só o chefe e a esposa, mas atendimento atencioso e ambiente gostoso.

I can't praise this restaurant highly enough. We went with high expectations after seeing the pictures and reviews on TripAdvisor - but the actual experience exceeded everything we expected. First, the location is absolutely stunning. It's several blocks away from the crowded tourist-filled city center, in a lovely street with beautiful architecture (very different than rest of town). The restaurant is very modern but at the same time makes you feel "at home". The couple running the place are the perfect hosts, taking care of everything from start to end. The food itself is a real EXPERIENCE - a journey of amazing tastes! We have been dining at many fine dining restaurants on our trip through Argentinia - our #1 favorite was iLatina in Buenos Aires - until we visited restaurant 1156. Arguably 1156 is just as good or even better! The poached egg dish with creamed corn and asparagus was UNBELIEVABLE! The apple dessert as well! I could list every single dish here, they all deserve to be called out since they are so spectacular. Lastly, this place offers incredible value. I spent $1,400 per person at i Latina in Buenos Aires for the tasting menu, and I spent $1,300 at Las Balsas in Villa La Angostura.... restaurant 1156 currently only charges $480 per person! Incredible value. This restaurant only opened a few months ago so is probably still "under the radar". I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes the top restaurant in the area!
