Employee was upset I ordered majority of blended drinks through the drive-thru instead of the mobile app. instead of politely bringing it to my attention that it would be a smoother process through the app, the employee was sarcastic about her words with me. I apologize I have the app but don’t use it often?? I also had ONLY cash so wasn’t too sure if I could still order on the app if I was paying cash. I’d say learn how to coach rather than be smart with your customers. Thanks.

I stopped by to grab a coffee to go and also used the restroom.

Evan welcomes you the minute you walk in and you are happy you have arrived. Service is prompt and all the workers seem happy. Drinks are perfectly made and the environment makes you want to stay awhile.
