I think he is the owner of the restaurant, he was a very polite and smiling gentleman, he came to our table and asked if we had a request. The waiters were interested enough. Chicken soup and salad were very good. We ordered lahmacun after it, it came before the soup was finished, it took a while to cool down a bit, but we were able to eat it without burning our mouths.
