Subway - Muenster

RAEGAN is her name. I went in at 1:30pm on a Sunday. 3 high school aged kids were sitting behind the store counter. It seemed as 8f RAEGAN drew the short stick and had to make my order. She proceeded to throw the ingredients of my salad into the subway mixing bowl. I am a manager of a very well known restaurant and can spot shotty customer service skills a mile away. Maybe RAEGAN would benefit from more training. I come to this location quite often, and have always had mediocre customer service, but today's experience warrants a negative review. In a county as small as Montague with very little dining options I am disappointed that I have to drive out of town for this kind of treatment.

I've always enjoyed coming here, but my experiences have steadily declined. During my most recent visits, I've received sandwiches that are wet and soggy, missing paid-for ingredients, and put together in a haphazard way. When I brought these issues to the employee's attention for correction, I was unfortunately met with hostility.

As I approached the counter to order my meal, I was warmly greeted with a cheerful, "Good morning, beautiful! What can I get for you?" From that moment on, my experience only improved. I ordered the rotisserie chicken sandwich on toasted herb bread, topped with green peppers, olives, fresh mozzarella, and mayo. It was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and tidy. This was likely the best Subway experience I've ever had. Food: 5/5.

"Fantastic staff! I dined in for lunch, and the experience was excellent. The price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was outstanding, rated 5 out of 5. The service was also exceptional, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was delightful, receiving a perfect 5 as well. I highly recommend the Spicy Italian, Steak Cheese, and Cold Cut Combo!"
