5 stars for the quality and love of Andre Skupin for his vocation. It is the first cook I met that came personally to our table (then still in the Kaiserhof and has adapted the whole menu to my person who was very pregnant at the time..without the feeling of doing an additional job to someone. To this day he convinces me with his cooking skills. The food was very hot what I had never experienced... And the forgotten salad didn't matter. The new delivery service is great. The good quality remains at home. The classic goose was super delicate and very aromatic. The oxenbäckchen were very well cooked in the strong red wine jus.
