Mr Baker's Coffee House - München

Warm, beautiful old French coffee style, serving delightful hot cold Drinks with vert good croissant and breakfast ! Lovely service team to pair with, I recommend for any occasion, worth the tour !

I found sanctuary here after my experience at the Hosteria Fratelli. Mr Baker's is a coffee shop come grocery which serves good cappucini and decent pannini. The decor shows prints of divas galore from Sophia Loren to Elizabeth Taylor and has all the postcards, clippings...More

Mr Baker's Coffeehouse in Haidhausen Munich looks really great, with some typical nice italian/ south german influences. There is a nice terrace in front of the cafe for some peaceful people watching. However........ after having been there for several times, the owner treats his customers very unfriendly and rude. He seems to have an only interest in the middle aged ladies customers, while treating the other clients in a dreadful, impolite way. When you want to order a simple croissant he barks in german: always say exactly which croissant you want, otherwise I can not take your order....: It's a pity, because a place like this could be fantastic with some italian, friendly atmosphere but we will never go there again.
