For those who can no longer wait for the pre-Christmas period: The business of Ingwerbread-Manufacturer Schmidt from Nuremberg offers very tasty inkread and domino stones all year round. Also interesting is the Ingwerbread Pause.

The business offers a vegan advertising, which is about 8-10€ for 4 pieces, but really good.

It’s a cute store just outside of the market. They were out of the vegan lebkuchen and were unsure when they’d have it available again. They did have some packaged snacks that were vegan, but the selection was limited and not interesting. Just a note: I also found I had to speak German, as none of the staff spoke English the day I visited, so be prepared for that if you have questions.

Quietly the snow and quietly enjoys these great baker pieces. I love her and I love christmas. Aah. even if it's tight, you can enjoy this delicious leb cake. then it is festive again and again.
