BLITZ Restaurant - München

And not only for the Museum's visitors. This restaurant has a TOP location and the terrace spreads all the way to the Isar river. It is hidden in a recently renovated wing of the museum and serves Vegetarian-Mexican food. I visited the place twice for lunch. The lunch menu offers 3 types of Tacos and 3 Quinoa bowls. The Tacos are quite small, but delicious. The bowls are served in a small "Paella" pan and can satisfy a hungry soul. Overall the food is healthy, fresh and very nicely presented. The service, unfortunately, could use a major upgrade as they suffer from a "snobby" attitude and are reluctant to serve. Looking at the dinner menu, which comprises of the same dishes as the lunch menu plus additional ones, I found it to be a bit too pricy. Bottom line, great for lunch!

Service was very friendly and the beyond castles very tasty. Apparently, the criticism of the service was taken to heart. I liked it.

Very friendly staff, totally delicious, mexican vegetarian food, nice drinks. On Friday 26.06. the staff was quite overwhelmed, paying, ordering and waiting for food has taken very long. We have also been implemented once. Very good, on the other hand, would react to the rain, within a minute the umbrellas were open and the people without umbrella were laid inward. We were given a tequila as an excuse, thank you :D Ambiente, Location and Audience is totally pleasant, young and a bit alternative, but not strange. We'll be back!

The server was really nice she explained the menu to us when we sat down. It’s all vegan and veggie and unique vibes. Lots of food to choose from we had the guacamole starter with veggie chips, cheese burger and jackfruit quesadillas…. Super yummy. Lots...of flavour. We were pleasantly surprised would deffo recommend! Super friendly staff!!

Love the punk-funk design by Trevor Jackson, love the bright colored chairs and the Murals of Day of the Dead images. Love the vegetarian menu here and the Fajitas and Quesadillas. Excellent food. Some good night life also.
