Syrtaki Am Esel - Mülheim

Stayed at the upscale Schlosshotel Hugenpoet across the street and thought it would be a nice alternative for an authentic greek dinner as it looked nice from outside. I ordered the Ouzo Plate. The salat that came with it did look like it was from a bag, and the dressing tasted like Kraft's Italian dressing. The plate was disappointing, the meat was not tender, some pieces were still raw inside, the tzaziki tasted like from the supermarket. Cannot recommend this place.

Not a very typical greek Restaurant. very often they Forget that meat can be tender. not here. The meat 8and even the Gyros) was very tender and tasty. Well done. Service (I guess by the Boss) - was ok. The place Needs a renovation but is perfect for car-spotting. Opposite is the entrance to Hotel Hugenpoet and there drove several Porsches, a Mercedes GT and Aston Martins by, while I had my dinner.

Great atmosphere, very good food, friendly staff. For us for many years and again a highlight. Very recommended.

So often we could enjoy a nice and cozy evening with very good and fabulous dishes. We like the extraordinary service and no desire remains unfulfilled. We like to come back.

Through all the cultivations of cosiness in my opinion something lost, unfortunately for great hunger also not the very true.
