Calling in the other day for lunch with my son to have a bite to eat and in my food found a long strand of hair .taken it to counter to ask about it, and I ask why no one had hair net's .??? Just gobsmacked like I was the problem no reply to say sorry nothing .so food today in the shop is getting scary. This is not the only shop . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40

Terrible service. Rude and aggressive. Place your order! What? What do you want? .... I asked for a fork and napkins for my crunch salad and the man there just threw a spoon and napkin on the counter and walked off. I then followed up for another fork and he gave me the dirtiest look. The two men there started complaining to each other. Just felt unease and uncomfortable eating there and left with the family without finishing. The food was also dry and overcooked.
