Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

Henry, the manager when I visited, has built a great team for this morning shift. The drive thru was simple and clear and I could not be happier with the voice that greeted me and ended my order with, Will that be all, Love? My food was delicious andspiced perfectly. I order the same thing at every Bojangles and this was the best. I travel alot for my work and plan stops onBojangles locations. My family makes fun of me for it... ???? Great experience!

The food was good. Plenty of food for the price. The establishment was locked forcing to use the drive up window. It is an extremely tight fit and turn for extended cab trucks as there's a drop off as you turn the building.

I wanted to give the company manager Theresa the greatest thanks. I had heard from some friends that the Bojangles Turkey was amazing. When I was challenged this year in the kitchen and had dinner at my house, I called to order one. Someone in the store was incorrectly informed and told me that I could not order over the phone or online and had to come personally to fill out and pay a form. I went the next day and was told they were sold out. When I heard my disappointment and I was told the wrong thing, Theresa Hold on said! She called another store in person and secured one of her last Turkies... gave me her cell so I could pay at the door, and THEN offered to pick up my bird and take him to Mt Pleasant. Unbelievable customer support and beyond. Thanks Threasa. This will be our first Thanksgiving without my beloved mother-in-law and you just made our vacation so much easier.

The best part of my experience at the restaurant was the friendly cashier. I ordered the 12 piece chicken Supreme, but the cashier had trouble finding it on the register. She had to ask her manager for help, who seemed annoyed with her. I also ordered an 8 piece chicken with biscuits. I have never had such poor service at a Bojangles before. When I got home, the 8 piece chicken was awful tasting and looked unappetizing. I will not be visiting this chain again. It was a disappointing experience overall. Maybe it was just a bad day for the kitchen staff.

I had been eager to try dining at Bojangles for a while, so when I was in the southeastern US, I decided to visit this particular location. Unfortunately, they were out of Mac and Cheese and coleslaw. Additionally, my wife was unable to change her side dish after the order was placed and before payment. The food we eventually received was tasty, but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking due to the limited menu items and long wait times. Locals informed me that other Bojangles locations are not like this one, and this specific establishment should perhaps reconsider its operation. I am giving it two stars solely because the food we received was enjoyable and served hot.
