This is the best gourmet cheese they have In Connecticut, matter of fact, in the US. I highly recommend. They always go out of their way and the staff their is very professional and courteous. The owners Nick and Ralph are good people.

Great food service company that makes natural, local Italian cheeses

I needed fresh Parmesan and I 'd never been to this renowned place so I figured it would be perfect. Plus I heard the sandwiches were good. Well I 'll probably never find out about the sandwiches or anything else b/c I doubt a return here is likely. Upon entering with my son, I made direct eye contact with an associate who quickly walked away w/o offering assistance. We roamed the market just about in it 's entirety making direct eye contact with 3 other associates and not one offered any assistance. Finally found the cheese that I needed and opted not to browse for other items. The cashier was actually quite friendly and that was much appreciated, and the cheese was amazing and complimented the recipe well hence the 2 star rating. I prefer to shop at smaller shops for specialty/gourmet items and the experience is a lot more intimate, this was not that and I was so disappointed. My 8yo even made mention of the lack of customer service.

If they didn't take 2.5 hours to pump and wash it wouldn't be so bad
