Panera Bread - Mountain View

I like going to this Panera before work. They make my food really fast, and their French bread is so good. They have plenty of curbside parking, in front of their restaurant. I only use curbside at panera, so I love this location, exceptionally because oftheir curbside. They are great when it comes to curbside service.

I went there today morning for the first time and I will definitely come back. The pumpkin muffin was awesome!

I placed an order for pickup at this restaurant. I arrived one minute after the estimated pickup time and my order was not ready. The employee suggested that someone else may have picked up my order, possibly a friend. I found this response slightly unprofessional, but ultimately let it go. However, he then chastised me for being late and when I questioned how it was my fault, he told me to relax. I couldn't help but wonder how he would have reacted if I had made a scene in response to his condescending behavior.

I placed an order for pickup at this restaurant. I have an appreciation for ladybugs, but not when they end up in my food. Unfortunately, I discovered a dead bug in my sandwich (shown in the top left of the picture). This has left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of this place... I would not suggest dining here. Additionally, the salad contained many wilting, oxidized leaves that were clearly past their prime. The ingredients seemed old and on the verge of rotting. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at Panera Bread compared to how it used to be 5-10 years ago.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, delicious smoothies, and excellent service. However, parking may be limited.
