Mifen101 Huā Xī Wáng - Mountain View

Love the mutton with skin on. Soup is full of flavor, recommend it!

I day dream about eating their food. the 红酸汤牛肉面Beef in Sour Spicy Soup Mifen is so good that i have to have it when i get the craving! literally life-changing!

Eating, presentation and service were great. I felt for some noodles and wanted to try something new. drove down to mifen 101 and had some spicy lambspindles. the food was tasteful and I couldn't help me to admire everything that was in the bowl before I knocked it up. if they want to diversify their nudel palette, they try to mimic.

Really friendly staff! We had a great time. They also have the best pork burger ? soup can be a bit spicy.

This is the second visit. The rice noodle is great and the portion is big. The signature beef mifeng comes with big portion of well stewed beef flank. Very tender and flavorful. So is the mutton one, I rarely found mutton dish with skin, and I like this one a lot. The soup is good, maybe request the chili paste on the side. The yogurt is completely sugar free and more like Greek yogurt. So quite hard to sip with a straw.
