Donut Factory - Mountain View

Not family friendly, the female Employee was smoking in front of the door blocking us from getting through. I had my newborn son with me, and had to walk through the smoke to get breakfast. The employee was not welcoming or friendly, I Don’t recommend coming here.

At Mountain View Donut Factory man how cinnamon rolls have gone down in size and donuts have changed why would I pay 3.00 for cinnamon roll that is the size and some donut and some of the just are messed up. This never happened when Amy and Terry had. I will say the lady waiting on us was great but the new owner in my opinion need to take stuff bake to the way it was a DONUT SHOP not an bakery

My husband went in. The shop was empty, the server was behind the counter, doing something on her phone. Didn't even look up at first, waited till he walked up to the counter to even say good morning. The whole vibe was changed, this used to be a friendly place. The donuts were ok, not quite as good as before. One of the donuts was supposed to be custard filled, instead it was filled with a some kind of frosting. The kids liked it, but it was too sweet and greasy for me. The regular donuts were soft and nice like before. The apple fritter still has apples, but didn't seem like as many, and it was tough. I hope they can get their old quality back, we were so excited to have a great donut shop in town.

This place used to be great, but since it's changed owners it's really awful.

I got their around 10:30 and they were sold out of donuts and they were closing up The employees are very professional and very polite and very helpful
