I ordered fried Shrimp Salmon with fries. The service was flawless. They took my order and gave me regular updates on the progress. The food, omg the food was delicious. The fries were not soggy the shrimp was seasoned very well. The salmon was cooked properly and full of flavor. The amount of food definitely fit the value of the price. They take both cash and card so it was convenient. The owner made sure my order was to my liking and was engaged during the process.The overall experience was a good one for a new shop. I'm glad that it's a black owned business and I hope they do well.

Support Black Owned Businesses! The place is located right off the highway with street parking in front. It says take out only as the restaurant has no places to sit down and eat inside but they do offer side walk seating. I ordered their loaded Oxtail fries with cheddar cheese. The oxtails were delicious and tender. I?m not a big fan of a lot of cheese so there was too much cheese sauce on the fries for me but if you?re into cheesy fries I would say order this. I do seemyself coming back but trying something different.

The food here was mediocre at best. The mac and cheese wasn?t seasoned and instead they just threw cheese on pasta. The shrimp was seasoned with old bay and That?s was it. I?m not sure if this was supposed to be Island inspired but the rice and peas had no coconut so I guess it was rice and beans. Very overpriced for beginner level seasonings and spices. I could taste the overpowering jerk sauce in the oxtail. It didn?t have oxtail flavor. Spent 50 dollars on two plates offood and we barely wanted one. Very disappointed.

The curry goat is amazing tbh. If you get it fresh, or delivered within a short time, it's probably the best I've had so far.
