I placed an order when my cat suddenly jumped on my back, causing me to scream in pain. I quickly apologized to the girl who took my order, and she was very understanding, saying how painful it must be to have a cat clawing at you. When I opened the bag after the food was picked up, I found a lovely note inside. It truly made my day—thank you for taking the time to include that special touch with my order!
