Bidrage med feedbackThis inconceivable restaurant has a hidden charm. Chef George is curling a good fare. While the current menu is fixed, I recommend any special one he throws your way. The bar is currently being renovated so that they are limited. The bar offers are not limited to hospitality and resourcefulness. I look forward to the business being revised and growing in itself. Help them through your local support!
I have eaten several times here and was able to be a Stagiaire with the boss George. I have seen that he has specials, I have seen that he makes many items from scratch with ingredients that would be difficult to work for some of these dishes. I can say the kitchen is clean and I also had the pleasure of watching it, working the pans on heat. He knows what he's doing. A person like this is literally only limited by the amount of creative control he may have. In small cities like this, the chefs of this appreciation are difficult to come, and he is not dissapoint. Tonight I had a coconut curry dish and it was better than most Thai dishes. I miss being in the industry when I see how people like him work, and when I can talk to them about food for hours. Cheers, this place has great potential, and I could only hope that the management has and will have the amount of passion for food that the cook does. Eat here.
This is a good restaurant with good food. It also tastes very good. The service is fast, although it sometimes 'slows down' a bit. Menu is not big, but is diverse enough for everyone to find something of their wishes. If you stay in the Best Western next door, you will get even 15% discount on the bill. Just remember that the entrance 'in the back ' of the building, next to the Best Western. On the front is something else, although it shows a sigh of bistro on the roof.
The pizza was excellent. Happy hour was great!! One of the best food experiences I had. Here from Cali at work. Can wait to try the burgers.
Meat good. Need manly portions depends on the client, especially in this compition/service. environment. Add a item for promotion at a almost wholesale value price. Once you cater to the client specifically then you're able to establish a good unit of sale. The intention is toward the customer so therefore what you put back into your environment you feed into yourself.
