Firehouse Subs Mount Vernon

I never leave reviews but this was the best sandwich I have ever had! Not only does it come with a pickle, but it was the most flavorful and well done sandwich I’ve eaten. Has all other sandwich shops beat. There’s also a drive through which is a huge bonus and the workers are enjoyable!

The staff was nice. However the sub was terrible. I got a medium Steamer. The meat was only luke warm and of was full of fat and what meat that there was, was tough, it was terrible. I am from the east coast and have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from the east coast Firehouse Subs. Extremely disappointed!

One of the most disappointing visits. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this chain if the removal of amazing hot sauces is now corporate policy. Your SAUCES were what set you apart from other sandwich shops. THAT is what made you guys better and different. But sadly I paid $70 for 4 medium combos today, and for WHAT?? Even the sandwich quality has gone downhill.I hope the Firemen who founded this place are pissed, because for what it’s turned into is a disgrace.

Went to Firehouse subs tonight for dinner. I ordered a BLT combo. Got home and open the box to find NO BACON on my BLT. I asked for no onions, not no bacon. They also put a weird spicy sauce on it. Honestly, I don’t know how they messed up on a BLT.
