Store service was good, centralized call service was not. Team was pleasant, kept us informed of status as we waited, area to allow kids to watch the pizza being made. 2 pizzas, pasta, sticks, wings, 3 salads $80

Went to place a carryout order and was told to get the special price I'd have to order online. When I went online to order he price was higher than what was advertised. I called the store with them telling me there was nothing they could do and that theorder on their computer rang up at the advertised price. Why was there such a problem??? IDK

I never write bad reviews. This will be the exception. I ordered tonight. Due to severe weather I asked are you delivering they replied yes. I ordered, paid with my CC. They said 25 minutes. I requested they call when they leave the store since they do notdeliver to my house and I would have to meet them a mike away at a local buisness. After many times of them forgetting to call Iwent ahead and waited at the delivery address. 45 minutes latter , no call no pizza. I called the store. Who promptly told me Ihave no order for you. We are not delivering. I replied, the order was taken, my card was charged what happened? I don't know, .After many more questions he stated that my order had been canceled, they weren't delivering. My money would be back on my cardin 2 business days. Sorry. I even asked, so you do not call your customers who have waited almost an hour. Sorry we aren'tdelivering bye. Yep that's it, nothing else. I think I am finally done giving chances to them!

I called at 11:15 the night before Thanksgiving and the worker told me they were closed. After telling him I was a trucker and couldn't go through a drive thru and being turned away at 2 different places... the gentleman thanked me for being a trucker andbeing out on the holiday and sent me a pizza over in less than 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for it! That was one of thebest pizzas I've ever had not just cause of the reasons behind it... thanks dominoes and thanks to the guy that made it allhappen ????
