Bojangles - Mount Vernon

Located right off Interstate 64, this restaurant is convenient for travelers as it is connected to a Love's gas station. Bojangles is famous for its delicious fried chicken, sides, and breakfast biscuits. The food at this particular location was just as good as other Bojangles I have tried, but the service was slow even though there were only one or two other customers in the restaurant at the time. Overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean.

The chicken at this restaurant is fantastic! It's flavorful and juicy, and the dirty rice is the best I've ever had. The fries and coleslaw are also very good. The customer service is excellent - the staff are friendly from the moment you walk in, to taking your order, and serving you. The team working there is great! Overall, a good place to stop and enjoy some delicious food.

During my trip back from Kentucky, I stumbled upon this Bojangles location and it was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was outstanding and attentive. I had been craving blueberry biscuits, but they were not available at the time and they told me it could take an hour. When I mentioned that I was just passing through, the staff member kindly offered to start a fresh batch for me. I was thrilled, especially since this restaurant is not in my state.

The staff were so friendly and full of life. My family and I enjoyed dinning in here. Happy employees. Very pleased with everything. Our first time eating bojangles and couldn't have asked for a better environment. It really makes all the difference in the world to see happy people.
