Walked in was given a number and was told nothing else, not even a welcoming greeting. As a first timer at a sushi train we thought we would proceed to look for a table and after doing a round in the resturant, she tells me there's no available tables and to wait and seat untill they call out the number (that would've been nice to know when we first came in). Waited almost an hour, at the same time watching other people walking and seating on the usable benches straight away and being served (no excuse saying it was spray painted, as other people sat there and the server said it was only because the tables were more comfortable). Meanwhile we are still waiting. Untill, the manager/owner tells the server to give us the menu because it's nearly closing time. Frustrated, I asked why couldn't we have been seated on the bench before the others and was given the answer the table would be more comfortable. Mind you, there was empty benches. We were the last to leave as they left us to dine very late instead of offering us seating as soon as we got in. We didn't need a table, we just needed food. You shouldn't just assume we wanted to seat on the table and make us wait so long. The food was nice but the whole experience was terrible due to the customer service.
