Chick-fil-a - Mount Prospect

It 's Chick-fil-A. Of course it is great! I especially like the Chicken Strips WITH Ranch and the name some Texas Pete Hot Sauce, for some kick !!! Yumm!

The chick fil a was so accommodating there was this worker named Donna she was on break and I didn't know I asked her to clean the table she said yes sir let me take care of that. So respectful atmosphere was nice and the food was cooked to perfection. Thank you Donna keep up the amazing attitude and sorry for interrupting your break.

I can't say enough good things about Chick-fil-A - the food is always delicious! This particular location is always busy, with long lines at the drive-thru, but they do a great job of handling the crowds and keeping things moving smoothly. The staff is friendly and efficient, making for a great overall experience. I highly recommend Chick-fil-A, especially this location!

Went there today and most if not all tables were dirty while crew stood around and talked. Another customer went to ask for paper towels to clean the table for his family. While we were there no crew members cleaning any tables. We went to ask why it 23 minutes had passed and we still hadn't gotten our food. This was at 1:50 pm 4/5. We left after 30 minutes and no one cleaned the tables. Maybe, it was just this crew that needs to be re-trained or fired.

The evening drive-thru staff were openly expressing their frustrations about customers. They handed me my food while continuing to vent about a rude customer. While the customer may have been difficult, it was unprofessional for the staff to openly complain in front of me. One employee mentioned that the customer had to wait an extra 4 minutes, but acknowledged that waiting is just a part of the job.
