Comfort Inn Suites - Mount Pocono

Price was reasonable, and the location was great for the event I had to attend (2 mins drive). The room is in need of repairs: hole in the wall from missing door jams, paint pealing, and no modern amenities like telephone or a USB charging port or a regular receptacle on the night lamp to charge electronic devices. Breakfast was pretty good!!! enjoy my stay but just need to modernize the amenities.Nearby activities: shopping strip right across the road.Food drinks: Breakfast, excellent!!

This hotel is a bit of a disappointment to Choice Hotels. The parking lot is dark and creepy. Does not feel safe at all. The staff was very nice. The crowd of people that this hotel has is questionable. Rowdy and loud. Lock on door did not work, room was fairly clean shower is extremely slippery. Be very careful not to fall. Room has a bit of a weird musty smell to it. Beds are older and hard. Pillows are flat and hard. I would not stay here again most likely.

Hotel was clean, clean room, staffs was friendly especially the Assistant General Manager Tameesha, She very kind and respect my situation and helped me with with everything during our stay. I even see her doing a lot around the hotel like interacting with other guest who seems to really like her and the staffs tells me great things about her so I know they enjoy having her as a manager. I really enjoy my stay here. I would definitely recommend coming here again.Nearby activities: Hotel close to everything

Didn't get room had reserved. Pool and hot tub not available. Sidewalk all torn up. However new manager says trying to improve. Breakfast best ever at a choice hotel.Nearby activities: In Poconos close to museums, restaurants, activitiesFood drinks: Excellent hot breakfast. Great variety.

We had a great experience with this property. The room was over sized and very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. We were checked in by a gentleman named Tai who went out of his way to accommodate a special request and made sure to follow up. Just a good person doing his jobs very well.We travel alot as a family for youth sports and have had good experiences with Choice hotels in the past. This was one of the best.
