Shem Creek Crab House - Mount Pleasant

I visited the restaurant at 8 PM today, January 16, 2024, and I didn't catch the waiter’s name, but he was absolutely the best waiter I’ve ever had, especially in this town. Thank you, sir! The food was fantastic!

We dined here during lunch in January, and the restaurant was quite empty. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The views are stunning, situated right by the water! There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. I ordered the Shrimp Po' Boy, and it was quite tasty. However, my husband chose the flounder sandwich, and we weren't impressed with it at all. My kids shared a low country boil; while they liked it, I found it lacking flavor—it mainly tasted like steamed potatoes and shrimp.
