Hustle (mount Pleasant)

We had a quick dinner there. I like waffles with different flavors. And the food was generally good. Service is nice. It's a good Waggle house until late. Sometimes it's nice to stop there.

Honestly one of the best waffle house experiences I've ever had. Clean, Friendly, and quick! My only concern is I ordered Ham with my hashbrowns and only got 3 small cubes.

Update: My stomach has been a WRECK ever since eating here. Started the morning after and has continued on a week later. Oof. I mean, all waffle houses are a certain level of shady but tonight I?d say was top of the list. The poor waitress was trying her best but I think the cook may have even been drunk? He was cross contaminating everything, using same gloves to place raw bacon on stove and then cooked bacon on plate, also wiped his gloves on his pants, work station a disaster, tried to serve us bacon that had been sitting out a WHILE and smelled foul. My scrambled eggs weren?t even fully cooked. We got one meal removed from our bill but honestly I wouldn?t be surprised if we got food poisoning from the small amount we did eat..

So to let everybody know I am from the Jersey and by us there are no waffle houses. So I went to go visit a family member that lives in North Carolina and I have gotten to try the breakfast at waffle House actually all day breakfast lol. Anyways loved it and I went back almost everyday while I was on my mini vacation the food was great prices were great the service was great parking was great. I wish I remembered the name of the waitress who serves me but she did a phenomenal job I'd like to thank the whole staff over there at the waffle House. It felt very homey now I know a lot of people that are from over there basically just think of it as a McDonald's but where I'm from it's not like that and the staff where I'm from are like walking zombies there is no life in them. Keep up the good work and I would like to let you know that I am going to tell people to go down there upon visiting North carolina. So yes people this is another one to put in the books and it is Justin certified

Employees were scattered. (no pun intended My husband did not receive the omelet he ordered, but ate it because re-ordering would have been a nightmare. He specifically told him no grits, he can't eat them. Yep, grits on the plate. The sausage he ordered never materialized. The grill cooking bacon and sausage simply never cooked ANY sausage. (We were at the bar, so we had a great seat. But the worst..... the condescending, rude older female manager. She wasn't rude or condescending to the customers. But she spoke to the employees with such disdain. Her attitude and tone was completely uncalled for. THAT is why the employees were having such a hard time. Although this location is closer and we go in often, we will not be back. We will drive the extra ten minutes and go to a location where not only are the customers appreciated, but the employees are as well. (No, I do not, and have never worked for WH. I do not know, nor have I ever known, anyone who does.
